THE BOOTS PORTAL

Designed by Jordan Slusher as an addition to the rental set, my fellow MTW electricians and I were responsible for the installation of 19 LED tape light boxes and 20 strips of neon flex in the portal, each individually controllable.

Practical signs & telescoping stairs

The well-loved rental set was restored in 2022, alongside the addition of a few new set pieces, including a telescoping staircase for the final scene. Along with the other members of the electrics crew, I re-wired all the practical signs and wired a three-circuit chase in each step of the telescoping staircase, for a grand total of well over 2,000 individual light bulbs in the show.
